When it comes to the community, a person has two options, help themselves become successful, then leave their community, or develop innovative resources to help the people so that their community can become successful as a whole. Coach Rock Rosa has volunteered his time and efforts to impact the lives of people with the use of basketball and other resources, with the hope that they will take what was learned to improve the quality of the New York City community for all.
